The Safeguarding Alliance training programme has been broken down into 6 key modules that incorporate the 8 learning outcomes for senior mental health leads in schools and colleges. These include:

Roles and Responsibilities; 
Embedding Positive Change; 
The Whole Child;
Intervention and Referrals. 
 
Our Additional Support
 
In addition to our training we are proud to offer an existing comprehensive safeguarding membership. To support joined up working, we have created a unique Senior Mental Health Lead support package, that runs parallel to our membership offer to promote and embed a sustained improvement beyond the initial training course itself.
